E+

Spherical PMSQ micro powder

E+ is a spherical, organosilicon micro powder based on Polymethysilsesquioxane (PSMQ). As micro powder E+ has a fine and narrow particle-size distribution. E+ scores with excellent chemical and physical properties. That includes an excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents. Furthermore, E+ silicone micro powder possesses high temperature stability.

Due to the hydrophobic character, it will be achieved a water-repellent effect by E+. Additionally, E+ offers high optical performance like excellent light diffusion properties for translucent plastics. E+ spherical silicone micro powder is free-flowing and easy to incorporate in coatings, plastics and rubber.

Elasphere

Spherical, coated silicone elastomer micro powder

Elasphere is a fine dispersed, spherical micro powder consisting of Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) surrounded by a shell of Polymethylsilsesquioxane (PSMQ). As a hybrid of the soft silicone elastomer core (PDMS) coated with PMSQ, Elasphere is characterized by a excellent resistance to high temperature and chemicals. Furthermore, Elasphere generates a soft and smooth feeling to your product. Elasphere has a wide compatibility and is used in rubber, plastics, masterbatches, paint and coatings.

Silnos

Spherical amorphous silica microbeads

SILNOS is an amorphous, spherical silicon dioxide powder (SiO2) for use in various applications. SILNOS improves physical and chemical properties of your product significantly. As inorganic compound SILNOS is extremely resistant to chemicals and temperature. Additionally, SILNOS offers a high resistance to acids and solar radiation. SILNOS has two different lines with different characteristics. All SILNOS silica micro beads offer special lubricating and light diffusing functions for a wide range of applications.

Nucleating agent / Clarifier

NU Serie

Replace the expensive, transparent raw materials such as PET, ABS or PS with the more economical version PP. Adding nucleating agents and clarifiers improves the visual and mechanical characteristics of Polypropylene.

You will receive crystal clear PP with a high degree of stiffness and durability for applications requiring a high transparency level.

Copo PTFE

Copo PTFE series are micronized fluoradditives to improve slip and abrasion resistance. Copo PTFE is used in paint, inks, plastics and lubricants to reduce the friction and to increase antibacking and scratch resistance. They are also used as antidripping agents in plastic. In our range we have grades offering different fineness and FDA approval.

CopoBeads PMMA

PMMA microbeads

CopoBeads PMMA microbeads are based on a network of Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) with a narrow and homogeneous particle-size distribution. Several grades with particle-sizes from 5 µm up to 50 µm are available. CopoBeads are characterized by high resistance to temperature and solvents. Additionally, scratch resistance of your product is improved by CopoBeads. Due to the good affinity to resin and solvents, as well as food approval the PMMA microbeads are used in a wide field of applications.

Besides the spherical shape, CopoBeads PMMA microbeads are available in two additional particle forms:

Coffeebean

On the one hand Coffeebean particles in Coffeebean shape. Cofeebean particle are very soft and are suitable to improve haptic “soft feel”. The average particle-size is 10 μm.

Hemisphere

On the other hand hemisphere particles for soft feel applications. The average particle-size is 7 μm.

PBMA microbeads

CopoBeads PBMA microbeads are based on Polybutymethacrylate (PBMA). CopoBeads PBMA microbeads are softer than PMMA microbeads. Due to the soft feel effect of PBMA microbeads, they do improve the haptic of your product significant. Preferred area of application are texturing and soft feel agent in leather and industrial coatings. The average particle size is 5 µm.

CopoWax

Waxes

Copowax is used to optimize surface properties such as, antiblocking, slip, mar and scratch resistance, as well as matting and increasing hydrophobic character of inks and coatings. Furthermore special Copowax types are also used for texturing. In plastics and masterbatches Copowax acts as an internal and external lubricant. As a dispersing agent it facilitate the incorporation of pigments and improves the colormetric properties.

PolyB FS 200

Anti-dripping agent

Prevent the dripping of burning plastics. The PolyB® FS 200 anti-dripping agent helps you make modifications to the drip-resistant properties of your polymers. The special thing about PolyB® FS 200 is that it is based on encapsulated nano PTFE – this prevents agglomerations and facilitates good processing.
